PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 20-minute individual coaching call every two weeks

  • 45-min weekly group session—to be recorded and sent to the group after each session

  • Individual goal and vision setting

  • Clear action items and expectations for the week

  • App access for additional resources, skill building, and progress tracking options

The “just do it” mentality doesn’t work for all of us. This program is designed to help you set personal health goals, gain awareness to your specific needs, and provide you with support and accountability from me and other group members. The outcome is that you will develop a clear plan and implement actions to reach your long-term goals.

As your coach, I am with you during these weeks to support and guide you, while also giving you autonomy to build confidence and strength on your own.

Healthy habits include (but aren’t limited to) reaching or maintaining a healthy weight, learning healthy eating habits, developing a joyful relationship with food and exercise, improving sleep and stress, and making changes away from health behaviors that decrease quality of life and well-being.
