THE 360° APPROACH

12-WEEK PROGRAM | FITNESS, HEALTH, & NUTRITION

This 12-week program is for people who are ready to make a change in their health.

You will learn how to safely add a workout routine to your life and use food as fuel—all without fad diets. By combining fitness, nutrition, and health coaching, clients will take a holistic approach to sustain long-term results.

This is an intensive program, which means we move quickly and learn a lot! As your coach, I am with you during these weeks to support and guide you, while also giving you autonomy to build confidence and strength on your own.

At the end of 12 weeks, you should start feeling stronger and fitter, and begin noticing changes in your physical appearance.


PROGRAM SYLLABUS

Weeks 1-4:

Slow and Mindful Eating, Mind & Body Connection, Learning Hunger, Know Why You’re Eating, Starting Your Fitness Journey

Weeks 5-8:

Macro Nutrients, Fitness Level Up

Weeks 9-12:

Hydration, Stress, Recovery, Creating Lasting Change, Putting It All Together, Progressing Your Fitness

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 12 group video calls

  • Group messaging and 1:1 coaching messaging

  • App access for additional resources, skill building, and progress tracking options

  • Optional and highly recommended! 6 Personal Coaching sessions (select Group + 1:1 Coaching at checkout)


Client goals include, but are not limited to:

  • starting a workout routine

  • adding strength training to workout routine

  • reducing stress

  • ditching fad and crash diets

  • losing weight or fat

  • establishing healthy eating habits

  • improving general health

  • improving sleep and energy

GROUP SUPPORT

Anytime we go through changes, it’s imperative that we have a reliable support system. You’ll develop your skills alongside others who are ready to improve their health. You’ll also help others, and receive support, as you go through your journey. You are not alone.

One group video call will be offered a week (TBD). While it is encouraged to attend the live group call, a recording will be sent for those unable to make the session live.

1:1 COACHING SUPPORT (OPTIONAL & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!)

For more specific coaching, you have the option to add private sessions with me very two weeks. During these calls, we will work on topics and concerns that are of particular importance to you.
